Right of Cancellation

Important for personalized products

Your star map is individually made for you based on your specifications (date, place, texts, style). For such goods made to customer specifications, there is, pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, no statutory right of cancellation.

Our promise nonetheless: Replacement or your money back

This is a voluntary promise in addition to your statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected.

• Arrived damaged? Send us a photo within 14 days of receipt — we will reprint it free of charge and send a replacement, or refund you the purchase price including shipping, at your choice.
• Printing error on our part? (Deviation of the print from the preview ordered) In that case as well: free reprint or full refund, at your choice, without requiring a return.
• Not covered: errors in your own specifications (date, place, texts) that were visible in the preview.
• Before purchase, you see exactly what will be printed — the live preview is the print file.

Right of cancellation for non-personalized items

For any non-personalized items, the statutory 14-day right of cancellation applies from receipt of the goods. Cancellation may be made informally (email is sufficient). Model cancellation form available on request.
