General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this online shop of ProArt Group d.o.o. (for the address, see the Legal Notice) by consumers with a delivery address in an EU Member State except Cyprus and Malta; for Spain, we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking “Pay now”, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT, plus shipping costs (see Shipping). Payment may be made by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods offered at checkout. Introductory prices are time-limited launch prices and do not refer to previous prices.

4. Personalized products

Your configuration (date, location, texts, style, format) will be printed exactly as shown in the live preview. Please check spelling and all details before placing your order. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for personalized goods (details). In addition, our voluntary “New or your money back” promise applies: If the goods are damaged on arrival (photo within 14 days of receipt) or the print differs from the preview ordered, we will reprint free of charge or refund the purchase price including shipping, at your choice. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Delivery

Delivery time after receipt of payment: Croatia, Slovenia, and Hungary 3–5 working days, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania 4–5, Italy 4–6, Austria, Benelux, Lithuania, and Latvia 5–6, France and Sweden 5–7, Finland and Greece 7–8, all other EU countries 6–7. We manufacture each order individually in the EU.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies. We will replace goods damaged in transit without complication by reprinting them (a photo is sufficient).

8. Applicable law

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
